Both. You'll need robes for CP healing and mass buffing and heavy armor for actually getting some XP.

You wont be using your seals on live servers so you can forget them.

If your ally supports you in xping you can go with robes and acumen setup and be a buffer/cc in party. More likely you'll be soloing though :eek: in which case heavy armour and a focused dagger are usually the suggested route.

As for dyes, you should get +4wit -4men as standard. Anything more than that I cant really comment on, depends on your playstyle and likely xp groups.
