Okay, I enjoyed busting on NCSoft back in the day(hehe, still do) but seriously...now you are just trolling. This fight took place years ago. L2 is what it is and if you want significant change you might just want to wait for L3.

While I absolutely do sympathize with your plight the best advice I can give you is:
1. Take a deep breath. Chill out.
2. Enjoy the game if you can.
3. Leave if you can't.

Don't go all Sisyphus on them.
