I think the quantity of the potion drops is a little excessive. I think that the weight of the potions (2.5x a normal potion) is excessive. I think that the utility of the potions is, while novel at first, something that wears off within a buff-round.
It is a good try for an event, and certainly shows that NCNA is thinking outside the box, but one that has missed the mark. I am looking forward to upcoming events, and herald this as a "Okay, well... you tried."

I would normally give constructive critism but if one can't figure out why this event sucks on their own, its just a lost cause.
Hopefully this was something thrown together in 10 minutes during the absence of the new CM and she can make it up to us with a real event next.

Well nice to have a new event but this one is so useless.
What shall i do with all that change potions ? I even got all the change potions when there was given as chronicle reward.
The event would have been a lot better with greater heal potions, swift attak potions ect. Just something you can really use. I dont see any need in hundrets of change potions after the event is done. While it could have been fun first 2 days for some players i dont see that kind of fun for the whole event ( 5-6 days ).
I hope the potions sell at the npc for a good price havent checked yet ......
Maybe when they cooked up this event they could have added 2 new hair colors for each race or maybe a few more. I picked hair color because it is simple compared to any other modifications. Nothing too huge but enough to justify the mystery they had in the intro thread. (saying they don't want to spoil the suprise.. yeah I was real suprised >.> )
These new colors (as they are not in any other release/event) would be part of this one time event and last for two weeks. So not only would you get something that you will never be able to do again but after the two weeks you get to keep some funny screenshots, all effected hair is reset to hair A, and you remove the special hair potions leaving the regular ones so we can go back to normal.
But hey.. I guess mystery potions are pretty unpredictable after the fifth one I used last night. I just kept thinking one of these times I'll click the real potion and it will open a magical doorway to the korean servers for the xp event :(
Started getting the drops and came straight here......
WORST event EVER, useless drops..... make you overwight, fill your inventory and me youre toon look stupid. People make their toons look the way they want for a specific reason.. THEY LIKE IT THAT WAY. if you wanted to change you'd go to the priest where it's easy to change back to he way you had it.
Only good thing is it might slightly boost the adincitent adena sales when people go to the dawn priest to change back from looking like an idiot.

Seriously...pretty lame event imo. I don't even care if they make an event and it's a non-profit event, but this is event is not only non-profit but it has no practical use!!!
At least that other mystery box event gave accessories like the demon horns/masks and stuff...these potions are really just a timewaster imo.
...However on the bright side, suddenly we've had two events in a relatively short period of time...let's hope this just means more events in general because NC has to do something to try and slow the decline in L2NA populations.

I can't speak for everyone else, but for me, it's not about the adena. I'm already in-game wealthy many, many times over. I don't look to events for enrichment, I look to events for entertainment.
There is very little entertainment value in having your inventory clogged up with worthless pots that add load and increase your inventory maintenance chores. Grinding is tough as it is without having to constantly clean out unwanted items.
What I've decided to do is just forego picking up any drops this weekend. If anyone is following in my footsteps, feel free to take my drops as you please.

That's another different story, ppl will love it if they have a sex change potion which never happens :)
From reading this thread and the others about this event, I would have to say that it appears that Maximilian has Hoodwinked the players. AHAHAHAHAHA! *snort* :o
