Cheeky bots??

So yeh, how bad the bot situation has become...

I petition NON STOP, i get the same auto messages, again and again.

Bots are getting so careless they can do anything they want.

So ppl will write "Welcome to L2" or whatever, but dont u think this is just stupid?

For instance i cant think of anywhere worthwhile where there are not bots. Its bad on every server, but especially Franz. People use walker tagged, people just dont care even if they are seen botting anymore. And this person, wont say the name or the alliance associated with it, because not everyone in that alliance is bad, but to say "Legit player are stupid" whatever...i mean HOW CAN BOTTING BE SO BLATENT AND YET PEOPLE DO NOT GET BANNED!?

Blizzard/WoW are doing alot for their players, what is NC Soft gonna do for us?

THIS IS JUDGEMENT DAY NC SOFT! DO SOMETHING BEFORE ALL YOUR LEFT WITH IS AUTO PLAYERS.

(and to all the "cool" ppl who will be sarcastic (or try to be) just dont bother posting, this isnt a flame, its not meant to be, dont turn this into a massive argument)
Wow.
For starters.... If they replied to you they aren't bots but players.

And they "NC" are doing something about it. But the true problem is the ones that spend real money for game money. They are the ones feeding the monster.
Splatter... you can talk thru the bot programs. Ingame walker etc, you know?

Lets see, there's walker and wind. Then there's L2aim to help find your enemies, zoom **** for longer range etc. And those are only the things you hear of every day while playing or reading the forums, so meh...
For starters Splatter, they replied because they just started their botting, a real person putting them in place. But yeh, im pretty sure they are just power lvling characters for the Alliance i will not mention. The guy even shouted "!AFK Time cya guys!" (or something of that general idea) Its so blatent. I dont think "its the ppl who buy adena" is a good enuff reason to be honest this is all really really sickening.

If it wasn't for the people buying you wouldn't have the people botting. It's that clear cut.

And to be honest and i've said it to Spam. The leaking boat needs to be patched not just bucketing the water out. I personalty would love to see a client patch once a week/month.
Some bot for lvls so stopping adena sales wont stop all botting, simple as that.
EXACTLY! not all bots are for adena. i just hate going to arena with my near to A grade character, who is in C armor and a low B wepon, and ppl going look at my new drac bow i got last night (and that person is JUST S grade and got there by botting) and then when u get beaten its haha u suck...well no, its haha ur legit. I even saw a guy, lvl 21 elven scout, who goes look at this! and pulled out of his WH Maj set and a Drac bow...then went on to ask where was good to exp at lvl 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 etc. How was this??? lol.

A legit player is just never gonna cut it. unless u play 24/7 dont eat dont sleep just lvl as much as possible, seeding on ur main, spoiling on a BH, and crafting on a WS, ur never gonna keep up with players who bot.

Blizzard is even having a court case or something with WoW gold selling sites... Will anything ever be done for us, by NC??? no i doubt it.
3 new 79 toons appeared in the arena on Sieg today- showing off their new purchases. I can't wait to see what clan they join - even though I have a nice idea.
Yeah. The problem is not in the client, but the people that do it.

Yes, there can be holes patched to keep them away, and an aggressive campaign, but the bot owners and makers will try just as hard to get back in.

Take THEM out of the equation, as well as the sellers, and the problem is solved.

Now then... how do we take them out of the equation?
Actually a lot of the money gained for selling are from high level players and quitting players, not from botting.
