Suspicious players

Hello all, im new on lineage 2.

Yesterday I saw players with names like "hhghjfjur" or "hdhfgur" wearing brigandine set, trying to kill guards in dwarven village. They died many, many times. Later i saw a player controling seven chars at the same time. Is this normal?

Normal but not allowed.

There is "bots" like this in almost every initial towns.
You will see More and more bots in the good spots arround the servers.
The NCSoft, don't listen us.

Bots have been in every MMO I've played. They're a lot harder to get rid of than just snapping your fingers, but we have banned a lot of them, and continue to take action.
