I play on Erica and I have a lot of great friends and a pretty good clan but as much as I like those things I'm not so sure I like the server anymore. It's prices are dropping, but they are still high and it seems like only the really high lvl toons and the ones with bots have money left. It's real hard to win anything over (castles, clan halls ect.) especially if PR owns it. I'm just tired of one clan being so dominant on the server. I mean, just look at the hero list and MOST of them are from PR. Can anyone think of a good reason for staying? :confused:
I'm personally staying because of the friends I made over the years and the fact that there's no way in -_- I'm restarting clean on a new server. Way too much time was put in this game and there's no way I'm moving out without both my gear and my friends and clannies.
I wont leave the friends I have made. This game is all about the community, without it you may as well find another game. Also, I have more than 3 years invested into this server. Besides, the tides of power always change anyway.
Company needs to increase adena rate on monster drops. most people give up because the cost of living is to much vs the cost of leveling/hunting. Thus learn the only way to make money is to buy it or find a clan that cheats already. i dont know about you, but i have 1 account and i dont feel like paying 15$ to place my player in town for weeks to sell 1 item. That 1 item you sell might give you another week or 2 covering heals and shots and if your lucky 1 item.
Maybe its time to jump the quest rewards higher? Draw intrest in most all the quests again.
I find that innovative and energetic players do fine. You can figure out how to thrive honestly if you are smart enough and work at it enough.
I also think that adena and item drop rates are fine, it makes it a challenge which is a good thing. If the game was easy it would not be as fun. If it is too hard for ya, well perhaps we can play checkers sometime?
Yes I see nothing wrong with a x4 hp mob dropping 1 stem. Nothing wrong with the drop rate there.
Most people would/will quit before not using SS anymore to attack a mob.
Maybe you got a lucky drop or found some steal that you resold for a decent amount but the majority of players don't have that luck.
Increasing of drop rates or making more of the weapon/armor parts available as well as the other sets in D-C. How many people do you see wearing reinforced leather or chain? Raising the drop rate on some of the ridiculous pieces will vastly improve the market and give a lot more variety than every **** person in brig.
Someone commented that our fine automated friends have no problem wearing d-grade up to 52. Yeah how many of them did you see fighting the mob alone and not in 9 "man" teams? 0.

yeah its called buying adena. thats always a innovative and energetic ways of doing something lol. Especialy when the game is designed for that kinda playing.
I usually play Hinde but thought I'd have a look at Erica and found I have a 15 Human fighter on there.
I came across several players on TI and they seemed happy enough.
More new people there than I see on Hinde.
As for prices, I see them rising on Hinde at the moment so I can't see things being any easier there than on Erica. I've been saving for sls duals and they've gone up four mill in the last week.
If you have a long history with a server, its best to stay there and perhaps change how you make your money or even change your style of gameplay a bit. Even doing that would be easier than moving to a new server.
The grass is rarely greener and it will take far more grind to get to some decent level on the new server than to change a bit on your current one.
I also did a few shouts to promote my forum too. Much to the annoyance of one DE who ran off from Dion to Giran :P
never happen. this game barely runs right now lol. i can imagine 10000 players zipping over to a server already Heavy. I would feel very sorry for that server, if it remains up.
The game runs great for me now, no matter the player density. You may want to check into a new comp or isp if your game isn't running well, tho you gave no details.

Dunno bout the rest of yas but i got a toon on almost evry server (exceptions being Teon and Erica)...7 toons on Gustin on one of my accounts (highest lvl being 76/61 sub)....3 on the other account(i like variety)...imo...Gustin is one of the most dramatic and politically energized servers largely due to the fact that the server is NOT dominated by one single clan but is in fact dominated by 4....all servers seem to complain about the same things (bots/lack of fresh meat/inflating prices) but i have found Gustin to be the only server with such a dynamic base. Also, i found gustin to have the lowest population of bot farmers, particularly at the lower lvl hunting areas. Sure i like to play all my toons on all the servers, but tbh i always find myself comming back to gustin. :D

Nothing wrong with my new dual core, im just stating what will happen to the server if it recives 100000 players at once on a heavy load.

if this game stayed connected for 8hrs that would be a surprise. Sence i run in the back ground personal files from home to work, the game will DC when gameguard trys to sniff through the company firewall. At leasts thats what the secure line tells me when i wake up lol .I hardly play the game now due to it being so boring, it woulda had more draw if the quests assisted in the massive inflation in the game. Thoughts of cheating had crossed my mind, but i gave the game a fair shake. I only use 1 account and hacking and slashing with little to show for is a doggy downer. :)
Now when i dont work from my pc the game stays connected but i can not allow a virus like GG to search files that do not belong to them. thats were the in house company firewall draws the line and pause's gameguards intrusion thus disconnecting the game. I also get Gameguard Dc's when trying to run certain games in the background :( . this week i will try to push some +10 items i just hate wasting time i have off work to not playing. the game needs to offer vendor deeds lol.
