My hawkeye skill and accuracy toggle improve the accuracy of atks :p
But does this mean chance of a bit more damage or better chance crits? I was trying to pay attention to my dmg otuput but I can't really tell.
Any info on accuracy would be appreciated.
The accuracy toggle improves your accuracy, period. It doesn't change the % of hits that will be crits, nor will it affect how much damage is added in normal or in critical hits. Although obviously your dps will be higher since you miss less.
