During the maintenance period on Tuesday, June 19, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM CST (5:00 PM GMT+1 to 7:00 PM GMT+1), the following changes will be made:

* After an item is dropped, no items can be dropped for one second.

Is this to read as meaning:

After an item is dropped, no FURTHER items can be dropped for one second.

And is this an implication for dropping stuff from your inventory

OR

Is this dropping an Item whilst red

and if so does it mean that someone that is red is going to just drop one item and/or at one second intervals?
im guessing it's the first one, which is kinda useless as it's kinda hard to "Spam drop"
they got mad because everyone spam dropped their nice event potions on the ground
slowmo for adena artists from now on!
lol, probably.
if they gave some decent event items we might not all drop them

* After an item is dropped, no items can be dropped for one second.

LOL!!!

I wonder will they follow up this BRILLIANT idea with...

*No items can be picked up for one second after being dropped.
Well, in all honesty, I can't manually drop items much faster than 1/second, considering that you do need to click that confirm box.
That's why that patch is so funny.
The only thing I could think of is if someone scripted a bot program to drop items one at a time to create lag at a siege. I'm pretty sure that was a bannable offense anyways, but maybe it still happened enough to warrant a hard code change.

QFT
lol @ patch.

except for an accidental pick up or two, i almost never even picked up that crap

but the bigger problem is that Red will no longer pop like Raid Bosses with this change
i remember ekrorube i think was there name a sws they could drop 1 a faster than i could pick it up it was crazy
