You can equip any weapon. They are called two handed swords. The 7 foot long ones really don't happen until you are lvl 61+.
As a human, you get no two handed masteries and skills. If you want to use them effectively, orc would be the way to go. You could use the D grade two handed sword tho (berserker blade I think) because you really won't be getting your good class specific skills (unless you go rouge) before lvl 40.
Most of these weapons you must buy from a player shop. Since your only level 11, you have a ways to go before you should start worrying about it. But like I said, if you really want to use them well, go orc instead on the road to a destroyer.
