The owner of the cursed duals will undergo a transformation that will see his appearance change as well as his name. Other players wil no longer be able to identify the players real name and the player will be given a generic title instead of his actual player name.
Does the person temporarily lose their clan status too? That would totally rock! :)

3-3 Transformations
There will 2 types of character transformations. The first type will be a 'battle transformation' which will alter the characters appearance and improve their hunting prowess for both PvE/PvP.
The second type of transformations will be purely for looks(eye-candy) and players will be able to collect them to use much like the current accessories in the game now.
In the Playforum article (http://www.playforum.net/lineage2/column.comm?action=read&iid=10031004&kid=8713) that picture originally came from, I don't see any mention of the Zariche giving a transformation. Only the cursed duals. Hopefully the Zariche isn't left out. What would be cool is if there's a different transformation for each race when they pick up the swords.
That's a great question though, will the player's clan tag still show? If their name and title are changed, I would speculate that the tag would be gone but they would remain in the clan. I guess we'll find out for sure on July 5th. :)

If you did read the whole translation it was an 'example' that the cursed duals give a complete transformation with that conclusion you can probably figure out the rest.
