k i recently got fraps and have recorded some cool stuff...but i dont know how to make it into a movie or any thing..i use a newwer<newest Xp> windows comp..please any help would be awsome.
the only way i as able to ad any music was by takeing my mic and puting it to my speaker and recording a "naration"..i went throught he help section and what it says to do<drag and drop> didnt seem to work...
Then import your music and it should pop up on the top right hand side (just like your fraps video clips), then just drag and drop them into the timeline wherever you wish.
as far as i know they are Mp3, i was not in the time line view, it doesnt sound that bad :P, and i finished it so far but now i cant get it to host any where!! i made a youtube nd a google account so i could host them but they either freeze or fail<in google's case>,,,
and also, i used the file->save video clip" option and then the "i want to watch my video on wondowsn media player" option appeared and it never played...so i tryed again..i ahve it saved three times, same movie, with df names and none of them play on windows media player...
=================================
~Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.~
this is what it gave me when i right clicked on the file i "my videos" file and opened it with windows media...and it still doesnt play...i didnt compress the file and how can WINDOWS media player not support WINDOWS movie maker...
You have to "publish" it in most versions of Movie maker.
Then it will ask you the questions.. to your computer, yadda yadda, what format would you like, how much compression (i.e. quality or smaller file size)
Then when its done you have a finished movie in WMV format.
progress, i figured out how to make it play on windows media player, i had to save the movie to "my shared videos" as aposed to the normal "my videos" file...and as of yet it is loading on youtube...ill post a link if it works :)
