I can post but I can't play!

I'm very happy to be back in the forums but I would be better if I could play xD
When I tried to login I received the classic menssage "...you have to reactivated your account..." in simple words.
I started playing in 03/31/04 and I stopped in April of this year.

PS: I'm talking about the event "Call to Arms". I said "Hello" in this post (http://boards.lineage2.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=general&Number=907974&pag e=0&fpart=2).

Are you able to logg on to your Master NC account? on www.plaync.com (http://www.plaync.com) and if so does it say that your account is active there?

It say that my accounts are inactive :confused:

Very weird becuse if it was inactive you shouldent be able to post. Well I guess a Support ticket to NC is the only way

When my game account was inactive some time ago I could still post btw.

When my accounts are inactive, I cannot post. Try waiting until Alyra sees this. BTW, I find these problems more frequently? Why is that since there have been others that cannot play as well even though they should be able to.

I noticed when my other account that was inactive i still could logon on it.

I guess they didn't bother to fix the inactive part on people's plaync accounts.

For purposes of this event, PlayNC will still say your account is inactive, but you still should be able to log in if you are eligible.

I tried today and I can play!
