I'm not sure Bartz is so active any more.
Didn't the huge-mega-clan just quit?
Come to Sieghardt, and apply for First. FICA (First and ICA) are constantly battling the forces of evil Cathouse (Catalyst and Noblehouse)
Yes Flcon, I'm joking around.
But seriously, constant PvP and castle fluctuation :)
Bartz became more active with UR leaving if anything, not less.
No one would siege UR (instant death) thus castle sieges were boring considering they held Rune/Aden/Giran for **** near ever. (Tho TD did take Rune at the end)
Now the sieges are nice free for all's and I'd expect dramatic increase in clan drama as clans struggle in the power vacuum.
From a server health standpoint, yeah it probably wasnt bad.
From a game standpoint, yeah it was bad considering they were the most famous clan L2 had.
Win some, ya lose some!
I've noticed Hindemith and Sieg have gained some players as of late as well, so you might look there if you dont want a ton of people but more moderate.
How do you measure activity of a server? Across servers without actual log in numbers? Imo I think it would be very difficult to say one server is more active over another unless you seriously have high end toons in all server and even then it would be a qualitative estimate. Only someone in NC soft who has access to the server Data could accurately tell you :S everything else would be a guess.

If you are LF a "neutral" clan on Sieghardt send me a PM (forum).

Because most of us do have friends across all the servers and do talk to them about activity levels during sieges, regular pvp, how many sell shops in giran, crap like that.
I know I still have friends on Teon, Franz, Lionna and Hindemith in specific. Certain clans even have low levels in the end game guilds across other servers to watch seiges/etc.
If there is a single dominant power, they will stifle the game regardless of their intentions. Now that they are gone, look! Activity again!
I disagree. Sieghardt had an all-powerful clan for a year and a half.
We didn't just roll over, we fought back, combined out strength and last weekend they quit half way through the Giran siege :P

I dont see how bartz see's it as a good thing that "decent players' quit the game and now "newbs" are ruling the server who have little to no skills and got rolled constantly with double numbers/triple numbers from what i saw and didnt know how to play their classes correctly in olympiad etc.
im thinking of rerolling into whichever one the most active is
i love PVP so thats good for the server ill be at too
so which one is it :P
pending on how high lvl your current char is you might want to see if the server transfers will come through before CT1 as being discussed with Alyra, check the below topic
My answer hasn't changed since the last few times I answered this, but for those who weren't around last time this was discussed, I'll answer once more. :) We're considering server transfers, and know that it's something many players want. If we do offer server transfers, we want it to be a positive thing offered with other changes as well.

It's always a shame that good people quit. However, if there is suddenly more activity then that is good for the people left, no?
It would be worse if good people left and there was nothing.
