It appears that after maintenance a patch was rolled out... From what i can tell skillname-e.dat was updated.

They doing preparatory work for the new dwarf skills - deals damage in the height of adena in your inventory to everyone in /target range. :O

I asked about what changes (if any) were made during the patch today. The notes I received had some minor text fixes, and notification that the Call to Arms event was removed. :)
