They weren't in the WH of your highest level char? That's where all mine where. In the case of chars with the same exact level they were on the one with the highest exp % into the level.
It looks like they removed the coupons during maintenance, or I didn't get any on one of my accounts.
I meant to get on before maintenance so I could claim my shadow gear, but I forgotted :(
I think it odd that they would remove the orders and keep the cats in town.
Ellie, it also depends on your subclass as well. If you log out on your sub class and you have a Higher toon on the account you will find it on that toon. This happened to me as well as others in my alliance
They vanished yesterday. I had gotten them last week, but not used them (since I already have A-grade equipment) and when I logged in last night, they were gone.
No big loss, really, I just wanted to play around with some alternate armours and see what they looked like on me.
Useless event, over all, as a reward to a "veteran player", equipment inferior to what I already wear.
Same here, I figured I'd have more wiggle room to use them this week. I already have DC and maj robes on my two highest chars but it would have been nice to turn them in.
I'm hoping a follow-up on this will be for the armour shops to start selling shadow armours and possibly both weapon and armour shops to start selling a-grade shadow gear.
The event itself wasn't incredibly usefull for people who were still active, but if it was a massive test to see if shadow armours + a-grade would work, I won't be complaining at all.

I didn't check last night but the day before I had mine. Was hoping to take a bow to the upcoming seige (something I couldn't normally afford to do)!

As a veteran reward, it was, indeed, a useless event. It offered me the chance to have temporary items that would have been, at best, the same thing I already have and, quite possibly, inferior to what I currently wear.
It's also not much of a reward if you're going to take it away from me after only a week. That's like winning the gold medal... but they come and take it back the next week, "you've had it long enough".
A Veteran Reward, a real reward, would be something unique, something un-tradeable, something that may have stats, or an effect, but not along the lines of a weapon or armour... or, alternately, a means to transform your current gear (should you choose) into a new "Veteran" texture, keeping identical stats/SA/Augments.
They could even have different grades of rewards... something smallish for 1 year, bigger for 2, even better for 3 and, if you're an OB veteran, something pretty amazing. The CB vets, if there are any left, should get something pretty freaking sweet.
It shouldn't be something like Uber-weapon or armour... something like a custom circlet, a swappable (among your own weapons) "augment" that provides a custom particle effect, something that advertises that character to everyone else as a Veteran... not yet another broke-[censored] toon in temporary gear.
