How to claim in game epic item?

i am assuming you mean the white mask?
log into your playNC account
go into the L2 game, choose the "select character" thingy, and select the toon you want it on.
wait a week or something like that and get it outta ur WH.

See i had been looking at this for ages....

but never REALLY tried to do anything about it..

I don't have this option.

I can go into my NCSoft Account, then into Game Account, then into Lineage2. From there, i only have 5 options

Change Password
Reactivate Account
Upgrade Account
Game Message Boards
Download Client

The account IS active right now, but the billing is inactive (that way i can choose when to buy more time)

There is NOTHING related to "select character"

That is the right page within your account. The option was between "Add Game Card" and "Game Message Boards" when I did my epic mask. It was in my inventory right after the maintenance period the following week. Are you sure you have an epic serial code associated with this account. It tells you at the bottom of that same page.

Hmm, no, i don't have an epic one..
