Really now I have been playing this game for just over a month and I really don't understand how people have played this game for 3+ years with this bot problem!!! Also has lineage 2 customer support always been this bad?

This is a pvp game. Feel free to kill those you find annoying. It's allowed. There are a number of ways to do it. You can attack, have them attack back, and there you go, no karma loss if you win. You can roll a Rogue type and train mobs on them. Basically, you can get a clan to help and take care of the problem.
Terms of customer support; whatever. This complaint is as old as the game, and NCsoft seems to do what they can. The nature of the game attracts this element, but the mechanics can be used to combat it. Of course, a Karma Free server would make this so much easier.
