The site have been redesigned, new top banner, clearer colors and a much better contrasting menu making it easier to read. Also the fixed width idea was abandoned for L2 Stratics (thank god, heh) and only implemented on other Stratics sites.
very nice design. making most in plain html for fast load and still use enough graphics to make it good looking, also checked your "source" and it looks good enough there to :)

EDIT : but If I could tell some pointer here they go.
1: first if you whant more traffic for your forums I would suggest putting the foum tab alot higher then it is now.
2: If you whant more people to become stratics plus members I would put that banner over the logg in to the right and not down to the left.
3: make your drop database stand out more, just dont say monsters. name it Monster/drops or something or just make it button for its self higher up. as drop database gets more traffic in a game like L2.
