I have got to bring this subject up again, on Devianne server I have been doing alot of research regarding clan halls and their users. There are Clan halls occupied by inactive Clans.
I have sent the clan leaders of the these clans as many as 3-4 messeges using ingame mailbox, never to recieve a reply.
I am aware that they are paying the monthly fees for the hall, that's the reason why they are kept however i'm still of the opinion that because of this situation, clans don't have equal rights to compete with each other.
I am sure that if these clan halls were to be put up for bidding again; alot of emerging new clans would bid for the halls and we might see some more action between the minor clans as well.
Unless your able and willing to bid 2b on said clan halls, dont even bother. Thats what alot of clan halls went for, and I doubt even those that were had at less, would sell for less. The rent on the clan halls I belive are less then 2m every week for the highest grade clan hall. Thats pocket change compared to 2b.

Well that's how much we have managed to collect all together as a clan, so we would be able to bid for something like that. And anyway even b-grade clan halls in gludio are owned by inactive clans. As for the fees, a lvl 60 can get 1M in one day soloing so...
Yeah, 2B for a potentially winning bid and 2M a week isn't much...even for a solo player. I'm interested in getting a hall just for my "clan of one." It sucks that there aren't any halls available.
i can see how annoyed you must be but just wait it out theres always something to bid on, my clan just got one in gludio :) its not exactly what we wanted but a clan halls a clan hall :)
How did you get it in gludio and when, cause everyday i check the auctiooner and there wasn't one in Gludio anytime recently. The only one that there was was Gludin and we go outbid
all auctions are private bids usually like last rune clan hall sold for way more then 2 billion since it was additional gear etc given to be told what time the bid would be going in.

you can sell a hall for less than u bought it for. When you set up to sell the hall, it tell you a "minimum bid" price which is what u paid for it, but then you manually enter in the starting price of the bid. My clan bought on for 1B on Hinde and I sold it for 250M just recently. :) Just FYI.
Guys sorry but do you do the selling on the black market!! Without putting them up for bidding. As I said before I check the Auctioner everyday and not one Hall up for bidding...

Kikkinu is right (even he is a short n00by BH).It's really a problem.There are soo many inactive clans that own clan hall,and because they just have enough adena at clan warehouse,they can keep it for many years,even if they don't even remember their account password!
I believe this is a matter for other servers too,so i am sure this is a genral problem...
a simple solution would be that clan hall fees have to be handed in manually, not automatically. Then only active clan leaders could hold one.
But actually I doubt that there's really many inactive clans holding the halls. They might just be relaxed players that don't play your time zone. ;)
Anyway it's rare luck to get a clan hall anyway, comparing the amount of clans in clan community and the number of halls there is, I come up with a single digit percentage. :O
I don't doubt that there are. I'm a neighbor to one. Titans have been a dead clan for a while now and they're holding in their possession one of the top grade clan halls in the world. Other than 1 or 2 members that show every now and then, it is most assuredly a dead clan at any time zone
