Man, if i ever feel depressed or anything, i just turn on HeroChat and read all those very mature and intelligent comments and that just makes my day :p

Recently one person pm'ed me and said I wish you didn't buy that account, and I shouted it, now 100 ppl pmed me saying they'll petition.... doesn't everyone buy their account at stage 1 from NCsoft? No ones ever even logged onto my account apart from me, lol.

What I find interesting is that most of the bad mouthing non-heros do mainly occurs on non-mammon weeks. What exactly do you guys think hero chat is suppose to be? To put it bluntly: We did not level up to 78 and then do it all over again on a sub and then go through the stressful Olympiad competition just to shout your wts/wtb and keep you up to date on mammon.
If you do not like hero chat, then simply turn it off. There is no reason to bad mouth the people who earned the right to use it, because they also earned the right to use it however they see fit.

When NCsoft put in the Hero system and made that little movie about it, what do you think the intended purpose was for becoming a Hero? Surently not PvP challenges cause thats why the arenas are around even though the arena is becoming more and more vague and no-one used the pvp thing out in the open since the pts and the begining of interlude.
