Can you guess what happened? Created this character today and after reaching lvl 10 or so I decided to go have some pvp fun. And then it happened: A PK... And I liked it ;) did 3 more (reached about 1.6k karma) and then I realised: "Hey wait a sec... I wanna lvl this character and reach some high lvl..." Ok, I thought I would start a different character... no problem there, just 1 small one: all my stuff where on this character and I can't even get into town to freight them... so I decided to get rid of the karma... didn't realise it would be that hard tho :( got killed after a while and got death penalty lvl 1 then got killed again and so on until got penalty lvl 15... OUCH and i couldn't kill anything... so the only way was to die... Died all the way to lvl 2... and with these stats you see in the image started killing wolves and got rid of all karma... all in a days work lol :) I decided not to pk anyone again... at least i think I won't!

You died all the way to lvl 2....ofcourse, you know on something, called an official server, you don't lose xp under lvl 9.

Ok, let me try to get this, minus stats...right...minus evasion, does that mean you have uberevasion then? Or just triple paralyzed?
I can understand stats go down from death penalty, but your evasion can't go under 0, when you are a rock you don't evade anything, nobody will miss that, so no need to make it even lower huh.
And besides that, death penalty does not remove the fact that you have a passive skill that prevents you from losing xp under lvl 9, it's mostly that what bothers me, and fuels my thought that he should write support if he is from Franz.
It just ain't right, I already know what lvl 9 Death Penalty looks like from my rogue TH, but that's only a 20% decrease, not more then that and it goes down pretty straightforward not heavily declined all of a sudden.
you know there are other ways to you could have done like go to a secluded spot and drop ur gear and bring back new toon to pick up.
elvin village has so many deserted spots this is easy to do.
my pk toons have hideouts all over the place where I have stashed my haste and run potions and [censored]. of course I know I will lose them if the server crashes b4 tuesday but oh well thats why I dont put anything I dont want to lose.

Yes, but petitioning is only a small part of what you can do with this in game feature, just hope that a good GM takes care of your case, otherwhise you get dirt. I have had GM's taking care of my quest stopped, bugs, whatever, and others just automatically replying to stuff, too bad you can't choose which GM to look at your case, so you just have to sit it out.
Ah, I was beginning to despair at what Orvieta was writing. :p Champa and LC are correct, luck stopped working for PKers quite a while ago - esp as a countermeasure vs. delevelled archers who can still hit ridiculously hard with no grade bows. :o
Yeah, I guess its totally removed, probably to prevent people from making pk's, level then up to 15 get skills, delevel to 9, then run around griefing with no fear of losing xp.
I made a post a time or two how it is completely pointless these days to have a PermaPker cause of the crap like this. Oh well as the time goes by, this game will only get more and more carebear.......which is a sad concept in and of itself really.
Minus on stats are due to accumulative death penalties. That's what Recovery scrolls are for.

Also the priest of darkness will remove death penalty for a fee. Havne't tried it while red, but I'm pretty sure you can.
It sure can, and the amount they charge is absurd. It's not the same price as you'd get a scroll for. So unless someone has a ton of extra adena to throw into a can(literraly), it's better to rid the karma and they buy a bunch of scrolls.

if you have pk's, regardless of if you have karma, you lose xp when you die. even at level 5 and under.

Personally I have gone red under lvl 9, died, but never gotten any xp loss or death penalty, so Maline II, I was quite amazed yes as I never heard of being able to lose xp under lvl 9, no matter what state your character is in.

Actually, it doesnt. There's plenty of login screen pics floating the net. You could have just copied one of those and kaching you're now "on" retail ^^
As the login screen does not carry any personified data or timestamps(even tho they dont prove you playing on retail alone), it does not prove anything, really.

dude dont worry the person is messing with ya or it is really stupid your screenshot tells us your in a live server and with an ongoing event plus newbie coins something you dont see in private servers since this adds are new.
