I'm curious to know about how the orators and preachers during the 7 signs affect period react to wheather Dawn or Dusk wins.
Dawn has won numerous times on Lionna but these npc's preach about the end is coming etc. ^^ I understood Dawn fought to avoid an end.
I am a little confused about the allegiences of both sides during the 7 signs. Could someone help clarify this. ty :D
At this point its mostly speculation but here is my take on it. The seals were at one time all owned by the elmoreden (spelling error I know) king until he got greedy and suckered into betraying the avatar of Einhassad; thank you mammon merchants. I skipped the part about Shilen's avatar also coming down which spawned the need for the einhassad avatar but that is besides the point.
Now these 2 factions both are fighting for control of the 7 seals hoping to regain the lost power once held by the king. But supposedly this is all part of a prophesy to release Shilen (my speculation here no facts). So I think that Shilen duped these 2 factions into gathering the seals into weakening the barriers between her realm and the L2 world.
Yes the 2 factions both want power, both want to change the world but not to prevent any prophesy, if they knew about it they don't seem to let on. But what I find interesting is the extra ramifications from activating the seals, the rifts. I can expect future Chronicles to extremely chaotic to say the least.
As for why the preachers say what they do, I'm still trying to rationalize a dawn win provoking that statement. In all honesty, it should be "The seals are safe! The end is not so near after all!" or something.
