(77)Skill Mastery: Masters excellence in skills. Low possibility of being able to re-use skills without delay or doubles the duration. Influenced by INT(depends on class, IE: For Ghost Sentinels it's influenced by STR).

Since when Is a Greater Magic Haste Potion a Skill? Trust me, I'm not complaining when the "duration has been doubled" on my Magic pot, in turn giving me 40 minutes of Acumen 3. But, it's not a skill. o.O
Also had it activate on a greater healing pot. 30 second heal pot = pwn.

Anyone else get these?

it has a chance to double all buffs and debuffs, regardless of how you got them.

This skill has been and remains broken. Just wait till some one lands a stun on you in PvP and it lasts for 20-30 seconds!


edit: By the way, it doesn't have to be someone who has the skill themselves mind you. It's just because you have the skill yourself! This skill will backfire on you.

So does that mean that if you get hit with slow it's double the time now?

Yes there is a chance of that happening.

Didn't they fix the debuff bug when they changed it to a separate debuff bar? i didn't bother learning the skill yet heeh no SP ^^

I've had PoF last for 10 mins once on the PTS when that skill took place.

but never really seen it take effect any other time.

I'm still curious if you can get 3x or 4x duration for a buff...if both receiver and caster have skill mastery and it activates for both of them at the same time o.O

Seen 10-minute CoVs reasonably often...getting that before running out to PvP = win
