During the last few weeks players reported latency issues in certain regions of Europe via our message board. We have been hard at work diagnosing the various issues and believe that the major problems have been solved. This was a very difficult problem to pinpoint due to the nature and varying locations. I would like to thank the players who submitted detailed reports and network information to our technical support team. This was vital in our efforts to deduce the final cause of the latency which was a router issue.
