hopefully if anything the most i could ever ask for is possibly a meet in Alberta somewhere.... (considering that it's unlikely anyone would go to saskatchewan.. although it would be near center)
Well, I'll be there. I was already registered for GenCon Indy anyways. Been there every year. Someone PLEASE bring L2 stuff to the NCsoft booth this year!! All I was offered last year was AutoAssault stuff!!
I wish you guys would do something on the East cost. Indy isn't east cost!!
I've been asking for 2 years for you guys to come to some of the big anime cons that go on. I'm sure they could let you guys set up a both in the gamers room (otakon, Animeusa, Katsucon).
lol, the Multiplay one is just a lan party. It's over 3 floors and has people from all over the world attending. It often has people showcasing there like Microsoft (Halo 2 was previewed there and there were competitions to win the game before it was on sale). Loads of big hardware companies go and sponsor clans and put prizes up for competitions/tourneys. I'm in a World In Conflict and Battlefield 2 clan for the November one, I so can't wait.
I find it amazing how many people I find playing l2 that live around here (i.e. Western Washington), I'd never even heard of the game until a friend from Florida introduced me to it.

:(
Well, for all those NOT going to PAX, I have booked my tickeet and hotel for Indianapolis.
I've never been to a Gen Con before so that is just a bonus.
We could throw together a little impromptu one :) I'm in the Seattle area and could definitely scope us a spot :) Would there be interest????
If you all would like to, I think that'd be great fun. It would need to be something we did on our own, but I don't think anyone would mind that too much.
How about a designated time for fans to come to the NCSoft booth and overrun you for swag! <grins> And then we could get a "family photo" with the three of you and all the fans who showed up :)
I know a private club in Seattle that pours particularly heavy... cheaply, too.
Membership required to enter but... hey! I'm a member.
Seriously, though, there's a number of venues in Seattle for get-togethers. Cafes, dining, taverns... if we want that medieval L2 feel, there's the Canterbury on Cap Hill... my particular fave is the Kincora or the Galway Arms, or Owl & Thistle in Pioneer Square.
Getting ahead of myself, hehe, but its definitely doable.
