This spam has been going on for over an hour. When I petitioned I was number 40 in the que. The spam is still going on.
Do we have an in game gm support staff or not? This seriously questions their abilities if they do exist. I can appreciate the professionalism involved that would require the gm team to take their time and investigate 9 man bot trains in order to prevent someone who simply likes to 9 box and get 2k exp a monster from being banned unjustly, but you gotta draw the line somewhere. What he is spamming is a blatantly obvious tos violations and the offending players should of been, at the very least, chat banned within 10 minutes of this spam starting.
Not only is his message offensive, but he is typing more lines of text on one go than the official client allows, and he is spamming it, word for word, without interruption.
Could it be, perhaps, that the GMs are looking into it, and that's why you're still #40 in the queue? Maybe there's some problems on oh, I don't know... one of the other nine servers the GMs monitor? Maybe they're short-handed today, someone called in sick or something.

/block works on the spammers, but you should SEE it. LOL.
I thought I was just lagging as they are posting messages so fast and so long that I'm curious as to how they can do it without being chat banned (and their messages are longer than the allowable length).
I've actually been really proactive in reporting Farmer [botting] and bots in the last couple of weeks (using the website and attaching screenshots), so there is some rumor that some toons from the farmer clan were banned and they are angry.
I wouldn't doubt it. I haven't been seeing them leveling as much as I usually do in the past 24 hours or so.

Please do not troll in this thread. We have a serious situation on bartz, and no excuse you can make up for the gm team will help the situation. If you carefully read my post and clicked on the link, you would see that this has been going on for over an hour, and that my petition had been answered. They have enough people to type me that reply, logic dictates they also have the amount of people required to temporarily CHAT BAN someone who is spamming that they ARE GOING TO KILL THE GMS.
Posting the infamous link to email support is not very helpful either, especially when the question of "do we have INGAME gm support AT ALL" is asked.
No, I acknowledge that you have a serious situation. But reporting it on the forums is not the way to go about getting it solved.

With pro farmers so ****** off they curse and threat in their own language. Some proof that bans are actually done to the professional farmer/botter population.

I honestly dont think these messages are showing up because a few pro farmers got banned. It seems a lot more like a group of them is leaving the game or something. They have been through bans for years now, no reason for them to get mad now.
Was about to say - I'm sure getting banned every now and then is part of their everyday stuff. Maybe they hit an account the farmers thought were safe? Who knows.
Or finally a set of accounts that they were using to hold the valueables finally got nailed like malineII said, to the extent that there was several trillions of adena worth sitting around in them.... As i've heard that regularly moving the merchandise around to help prevent the possible loss of it all was one thing they always kept ontop of.
I saw a warehouse snapshot of roughly 10x of each boss jewel.... most of the Queen Ant though.. and theres jerks sitting in town selling them for roughly 1 bil....
Or finally a set of accounts that they were using to hold the valueables finally got nailed like malineII said, to the extent that there was several trillions of adena worth sitting around in them.... Not everything, but ALOT of stuff.
There are toons that have dozens of high price crafted items on them sitting in Giran that get up and restock eveyrtime you buy one, as well as things like Enchant Weapon scrolls.
Imagine the cost of all the items that can fill up a Dwarf's large inventory (A/S Weapons, etc.).

Although the lack of something being done is appalling, it's pretty hysterical for the first time ever, to see them getting this mad. Some really important accounts must have gotten banned... lol.
Could it be that with them now using the PM's to spam adena selling services, and basically spitting in each and every real players face, that the GM's hit back and banned the adena selling accounts where in the past they had turned a blind eye? If that is true, and I really hope it is, then you'd almost except a reaction like we have seen. Hopefully the PM originators now realize that they only thought they were untouchable but in fact were not and that the GM's really do hold all the cards? The shattering of ones illusions is always difficult.

Yeah like burning up accounts have bothered them before. I think they have 1000's of accounts ready to go. Buring one for whatever purpose is just the cost of doing business.

Actually, I have reported those two toons (and the rest of their "AFK" friends) several times over the past couple of weeks every time I find them in the same room in one of the catacombs on Bartz. Not sure if they were important, but I do hope they got banned. I wonder if that is why they weren't there tonight for me to report. :)
Blah, I thought BloodSoul/Syndicate had gotten banned but I see UnKr and CaineDracula are still running rampant with their Walkered buffers... SHANEness is still littering VoS with 500-1000 arrow stacks on the ground while he AFK levels, and the same Archer+PP bot duos are taking up entire fields to level up.
Had someone actually tell me "I bot so I can actually play the game when I can, I hate grinding", took a screenshot and sent it to NCSoft, and that player is still botting in VoS.
BTW, even the support site sends you automated responses. It's about as useless as the in-game petition function.
My guess is that this happened on any one of the 10+ servers and this farmer was just griefing the entire L2NA/EU playerbase to get back at NCSoft. No one knows for sure who/what/where it happened/happened to. I wouldn't be suprised if all their toons on every server had the same names to keep track of what goes where who goes where who does what, etc. since they run their businesses like assembly lines.
