In the past I was just petitioning bots here and there, and I could forget them while xping without problem. But these days on Teon it's becoming really disgusting.
I know GMs need investigation, that has always been ok for me. I've probably been reported as a bot on my Scavenger w/o clan because some people just run around and take a list. A lot of players test me, either by a "hi" or sometimes it's as rude as a train. They generally apology when they find out I'm not a bot. So I expect that GMs check that the names I gave in the petition are really bots. Logical.
However when level 70+ areas are full of bots, at the point that there is almost no place for real players (1 or 2 duo party in HS), or no place at all (half of Disciples with bots, the other half taken by a PLing pole party with only one person attended but still using a 3rd party program, and plenty of bots blocked at the entrance of the necro because they didn't sign up)... that's scandalous.
I can accept a few bots from time to time. Nobody's perfect. But if I can't even find a place to play, there's a failure in the contract NCsoft did with me. I'm very tolerant, but that's the limit.
Really, Sir HGM Spam, you need to login on Teon at high level areas. It's dirty.
Do something, quick. Don't wait that they've sold the characters at level 80. If the bots are so numerous at Hot Springs, Disciples Necro, Varka Silenos... that means they are not from yesterday. You took enough of their subscription fees, now it's time to remove them. Or... shall I buy one of them?

The only reason I keep playing on official server and not on a private one, is the guarantee that my toon is not going to get wiped. But seeing all those bots around, and looking for a spot to level among them whole evening instead of playing, makes me more and more convinced that i`m better off playing no-bot private server, than NOT playing official version... what`s the point of keeping a toon if you don`t play it...

dunno how many of them are stacked one into each toher but my PC is giving like 1 FPS in monster track
That pic is so funny. One day I tried to make a spy toon and tried to given it some random letter name. It took about 15 tries to finally get one because asrfddr, dwdgrdd, asefeef, dfesves, etc. were all taken.
yeah i totally agree bots suck and i can tolerante some as long as i se they get banned maybe new will pop up but what can we do about that, atm its gone to far on teon server and most likely the others also...

LOL maybe they were just there playing the ponys? ;) i understand the OP frustration but i do see that the gms need to investigate due to a name not meaning anything. Some garbled name could just be someones seller for in town. or a multitude of different reasons. Only problem is that the investigation no doubt isnt a short one and in the end those same people just resign up with new accounts bought from selling adena its a nasty cycle eventually they will figure out what they can do but for now they do what they can i think.
If you saw what we did last night on bartz you'd understand that this is no joke.
We're at the Arena (MRT), and up pops (I kid you not) 100 bots. they just keeped running into the arena and we keeped poping them. It was crazy they just came out of no where.
