Hang out with team members from some of the hottest MMOGs on the market! Whether you're a veteran Lineage player, or someone just psyched about upcoming games like Tabula Rasa and Exteel, this is a great opportunity to meet some of the people that contribute to these games and their communities!
When: August 25th - 6:30PM to 7:30PM
Where:
Elephant & Castle
1415 5th Avenue
(2 blocks from the Convention Center)
I will definately be there.
Hey, try to bring some of the NcSoft / Lineage II polo shirts too for sale. I want one so bad to wear to the office.
Needless to say, the black tee isn't exactly office ware :)
Anything else too, be sure you are looking good since camera's will be there too (I am going to post what I can on our clan site for the rest of my clannies to see).
And one more thing, name tags (Player name / NcSoft name & real name & Server)
You can let us fill these out if you don't have a name tag maker there. Would be most helpful in breaking the ice.
Please .. :o :o
Oops, wrong one, I am going to Gen-Con in Indy - Woot
And we get more time with them - LOL

GenCon Indy Meet-Up
Indianapolis, Indiana
August 18th from 6pm - 10pm Eastern Time
Location: TBA (close to the convention center)
hehe, you all get one hour, we get more. They must know us mid-westerns are the bomb!!!!
I would like to point out that Seridove and the Vault network put a lot of work into making this event a reality, corresponding with PAX (since it is in Seattle).
I am sure if there is a good game-based convention on the East Coast that they'd love to hear about it.
Just a little over a week away guys!! And if you play other NCSoft titles like Guild Wars or City of Heroes/City of Villians or are looking to talk to them about upcoming Tabula Rasa or Aion..this would be the perfect place to do it! I know you all don't live in Arizona now! :)
Hey everyone! So how many folks here plan to attend the NCsoft/Vault PAX gathering? We'll have NCsoft staff, fellow players, and of course NCsoft swag. I've heard from a few so far. It should be fun! Be sure to swing by Lineage 2 Vault (http://l2vault.ign.com/static.php?page=meetngreet) and check out the details!
I wish I could go :( but I live in Southern Oregon and it would take all day to drive there and I have no money for gas, a hotel room, and food while I'm there. I was hoping I could go , it would of been fun meeting with you and asking some questions and maybe getting the in-game item you guys are giving away :). Maybe if you do it again I'll get to go.
I hope you guys have some fun while you are there and if you have time go do some sightseeing, I'm sure there must be some interesting things to see. I have not been to Washington so don't know what to recommend you do while there. If you were coming to my neighborhood there are lots to see here like Crater Lake (I live 64 miles from it).
Well have fun and let us know how it went at the cons and the meet and greet parties.
Awww, I missed it, though I really wanted to go....
Kyrael's intended schedule:
1) Have a day at home
2) Go downtown to E&C
3) Meet L2 people
4) Have fun.
What actually happened:
1) PC blew up
2) Old friend needed emergency moving help
3) Emergency moving help turned out to be not so emergency
4) Old friend had new friend with her, new friend had bottle of Jameson.
5) Old friend's boyfriend had birthday on Saturday. The Canterbury serves Jameson.
6) Old friend + Old Friend's boyfriend + 4 new friends meet Irish girl. Instant fetishisation of accent. One New Friend wants to visit Ireland in 2 months, *must* absolutely know everything about it.
7) Free Jameson + me = blotto.
Psi's Intended Schedule:
1) Go to PAX
2) Drink
3) Go to L2 thing
4) Drink
Psi's actual schedule:
1) Go to PAX
2) Get blitzed beyond all ability for rational thought by 3 PM.
... Psi says that, if any of you L2 people were accosted by/hasseled by/assaulted by a bald Irish guy with a tattoo of a barcode on the back of his head, he sincerely doesn't remember the incident at all and hopes it doesn't stain.
Hey PAX was a blast, my friend and I drove down from Vancouver.. Lotsa cool stuff !! Got to meet some NCSoft crew and chat a little.. Got a bit of swag..Thnx again Alyra... I felt like we were the only 2 L2 dudes in the entire arena.. We made T-shirts with our char names on the front and Erica on the back.. was pretty cool.. Except for the "Hey man, your name Erica? " NO.. dont make me equip my Dama*Kesh and take you down.. UNfortunately I didnt see anyone selling A SoulShots there so no dice... lawl.. But nonetheless thanks guys for making our trip worthwhile... ;)
:( Looks like it was tons of fun, too bad I had to work that night. At least I got to go to PAX though ;) It was great to meet up with the NCsoft crew. :D
