LOL I'm glad I only have 2 accounts. I'm going to stack those bows like firewood for the weekend. Order a Mountain Dew truck to park outside and go at it. I might even just have it through an IV pack.
BTW how common are those empower scrolls? I figure the market would REALLY bottom out this time so I sold all of mine to a buy store for a really decent price. Now I'll be buying the new empower scrolls for hopefully 1/2 of what I sold mine for.
l2day empowers always sell overnight even far after and during the events for over a mil on all servers.

Open up options, go to macro, set the forgivness skill as the first skill on your bar and drag it into each number for the macro. You still have to make sure the pig didn't go out of range but you don't have to hit F1 constantly.
Today I got a few more scrolls and a bsoe then brez. I have some more hunting to do later.
Gustin. I went until some player(actual, English speaking, living person behind the keyboard) killed me twice. I am down with clearing bots but if the people there are going to be like that then they can go ahead and compete with the bots for pigs.

And yes, our automated friends seem to be taking full advantage of the event. But I didn't see any other real players other than myself hunting the pigs yesterday evening in Giran. It was just me in one field, and a gang of the pigbots in the other.
A few shield buff scrolls, 3 EWD & EAD, 1 EAB & EWB, 1 EWC& EAC, 1 might scroll, a few acumen and empower scrolls, 2 Haste Scrolls, 2 DW scrols, 3 BSOE's & 3 BREZ's, golden redemption circlet and a Pig Wraglet cap.

I have a small collection I'm saving for when I hit higher level and as it goes I'm taking up two extra storage slots. All it needs is for the text "for the event" to be taken off if simplicity serves me right.

ARGH I want that hat. Or any of the head gear. My silver ranger is the only character without any head gear/mask/whatever.
Salvation Bow, loads EAD/EWD/EWC/EAC And lots of scolls. Want a hat tho, but at least i got a bow. Oh and over 300 kills in elven village, but they got clever and started botting were i cant kill them >.<

It's not just a text change. For whatever reason, the event scrolls don't have the same database ID as the previous L2 Day scrolls, so just changing the name won't make the stackable.

How, exactly, they make items stackable, with that in mind, I don't know, but, then, I guess that's why they make the big bucks.
I've killed roughly 15 golden, and 10 super huge and probably close to 300-500 of the normal piggies now, i've yet to get a bow drop or other unique accesory

I can't say the same for L2 but in some games you would see item list:

I should get more stuff this weekend when I use those apigas for buffs. However, I sold two salvation bows the first night for ridiculous amounts and a 3rd one the following day for half the cost of the first two.

I think you can get them from the pigs, but it seems that the drop rate is higher from ordinary mobs? My friend had 3, that he got from xp'ing, while I've gotten none from the pigs, which I've killed for hours and hours. Maybe my friend was really lucky, or I have been very unlucky.

Any mobs give salvation bow? I want to go lvl and i don't want to be hunting something that can't give it...
Search on l2 wh for Cupid's Bow and look at the mobs that drop it... I dunno why it's called Cupid's Bow, but I think it's the same thing with the Salvation Bow :D

lol, nm about the 5k thing... half of my scrolls are apparently worth atleast 50k and my bless scrolls of rez and escape a private shop was buying each for over 100k..... O.o
am i missing something about these items or are they just useful to use once for a 50k minimum price each (or was i just lucky)?.... aside from the headgear and EW/EA scrolls
Uhm, if you sold at those prices, you got screwed over. Brez for example on Teon is usually 800k, BSoE is 300k, which I believe is somewhat close to other servers.
Also, most buff scrolls can be sold for far more than 50k :)
As a rule of thumb, never sell stuff to buyshops, always make a sellshop yourself ^^
OK, found a good deal on apiga being sold and purchased a little over 4000 and submitted them all in...
got a pile of EW/EA for D through to B (course anything over C is rare and not many)

ApigA is setting for roughly 4000-7000 adena per... which when i translated out the amount of EW/EA armor i got per 50 apiga, resulted in me buying up apiga cheapest i can and then turning them in for hopes of getting alot of C EA/EWs because the profit is roughly 3x what i paid for the apiga....
oh... well hell, i'll atleast keep my future windwalks from now on.
Well...windwalk max is L2 and Clerics as well as both elven races Oracles get it at L30. And with so many people just porting everywhere the WW2 event scroll is one of the least desired. The critical boosting scrolls (DW/Focus) as well as the Empower/Acumen scrolls are more desired. Although Acumen can be potioned pretty easy. Might/Shield are kinda basic, and evasion is a bit of a specialty as most archers would rather have WW, and there aren't all that many daggers at the moment to make demand for it more than average.
For the most part this makes it easy to use them for yourself, as the 'cost' of not selling them is so low. (Plus using them is just nice anyway. =P )

This event has funded my reroll well into B grade. :)
So far my level 32 has gotten stacks of EWD/C, EAD/C, BRES, BSOE, a High Grade Life Stone:49 (sold for 10m), a Golden Circlet (which I will keep for a few months then sell for way too much money), and only two lots of scrolls.
I've got 20 Golden Apiga so far too, probably not enough for the prize though.
3 Gold Circlets, 2 Salv Bows, 2 B enchants, 8 C enchants, 12 D enchants and several scolls. It has been great fun doing the Cupid's event... I mean Zaken's Curse event.
Gold Circlet, Bow, EWA, High-Grade Life Stone(49), and a ton of those scolls mixed with armour/weap enchants D and C.
The rewards arent really that bad IF you can stick it out. I made a macro with nothing but /useskill forgiveness, fires 12 times and kills the pigs. A whole lot easier than 12 single presses, or holding a button down for 2 minutes :p

i been turning in apigas since the event went live, ive yet to get a salvation bow. ive even hunted for some 3 hrs of semi-intense grinding and all i got was a lousy level.

I've gotten 9 from Grinding(exp). 3 from killing piggies. =/
While i regret not getting any ewa/eaa or circlets or salvation bow, i have nothing to complain about this event, at least i've gotten a LOT richer so far. Too bad prices are dropping like crazy now so it's harder to sell anything.

I got 2 bows, thus far. 1 was dropped by a regular mob in Blazing Swamp, one of the orc shamans I think. The other dropped from a regular Huge Cursed Pig.
I was kind of upset about the Blazing Swamp droup though as I missed it at 1st, but then I saw something sticking out in the ground, so my 1st thougs "woot, a full weapon drop finaly" then I found out it was the event bow :eek:
Give me one for free !!!! :) (when server transfer happens, haha)
Honestly, i want one no matter how stupid it is. And a circlet as they look cool. A pig hunter's cap i don't need, they are fugly anyway, i guess it could go well on a dwarf perhaps.
4000++++ Apiga, and best I got was one set of A enchants. GFG NCsoft. You have crushed my hopes yet again.
Doing better than me, I have turned in about 4k and I have 4 EWC/EAC's/ 6EWD/EAD's and a whole lot of buff scrolls. I havent even gotten as high as EWB's....the game hates me.
Nothing higher than a EWC but even getting buff scrolls, though useless to me, makes me happy. Then again I do a lot of quests where the end result is NOTHING AT ALL...
What i can say is not give up, you never know when luck hits.
I've been quite lucky, and some have been devlishly lucky ( inknow one got 2 eaw eaa...) oh well :(.
Don't have a full count, but so far a bunch of Buff scrolls, an almost equal amount of D grade scrolls, ~1/4 that in C grade Scrolls, ONE set of B grade scrolls and a single L76 High Grade Life stone.

Been turning in roughly 500+ a day and am up to over 30+ ew and ea enchants, got 2 ewa and eaa, got couple bres' and up to 13 bsoes and about 80+ various event buff scrolls.
Update: the hat (sold it for a hefty price), the circlets (keeping those for now, they look really nice).
Also i bought myself one of those event bows from some player for 250k...
Kudos for this event, but i don't want to see anothe pink pig for a VERY long time :eek:
