no love for the dorfs

in every patch..ther eis no love for the dorfs...and noow it ahs e en spread to the events....dorf village has no PIGS!!!!! i want dorf piggys :confused:

The Dwarf Village should have pigs. I asked our testers to double check on Hindemith, as the pigs are showing up correctly on other servers.

The testers just sent me a screenshot of the piggies they found right outside of the Dwarf Village on Hindemith. They're there!

I petitioned today on someone cause it seemed like they where some how unfairly finding the golden pigs every 30 minutes as soon as it showed up. So it was impossible to ever get one.

Being as it is that that person is in a top clan on bartz, I'd not care to test my luck trying to pvp that person.

it also seemed like that person was using the shadow weapon exploit on the event items. And I think the GMs need to have a look at that.

What does this exploit allow you to do? Allow you to use them for longer? Just curious, never heard of any shadow weapon exploits.

As for finding golden piggies quickly, the person might be spamming a /target gold piggy macro.

I'm not going into detail...but it resets the value back to normal.

IE:60/60.

That's good to know. Quite early in the event I noticed someone hunting pigs for quite a long time. It crossed my mind that something fishy was up. (In case you're wondering, I was there on two different chars, and that person was there almost the entire time). I figured it was my imagination or it was two different toons with similar names.

I think that's more credible than an exploit theory, but you never know.

When the event started, I got 3 bows on an alt. Played for 1.5 hour till 1 bow dissapeared and the other was around 37/60, and I had to log. Didn't have time to log back into the game till next morning. Logged in on my main and got 3 bows on my main. Then I exausted those 3 bows and out of curiosity switched back to my alt and he still had 2 (1 @ 60/60, the other @ 37/60) bows left.

Yes, and if you bought another 3, you would have 5 :)
BTW I spam /target golden cursed pig macro every 10 minutes or so too. Unless pigs are too spread out like around Heine or Oren (that one location is really annoying with all those cliffs) then I can target it at pretty long distance.
Not to mention many players consider using zoomhack as standard :mad:

really if someone "needs" to cheat to shoot the cute little piggies...that is really sad.
