I have been away for some time. I played during beta and have about a year payed/played on the account. Though I will say not all of that year was actually playing. I have a 53 BD and some other lower toons and would like to give L2 another try. I know it will require me to get involved w/ a good clan/guild in order to meet people and hopefully find some groups and some people that wont mind answering a lot of questions.
My other MMO experience is EQ for 4yrs, a little of EQ2, a bunch of beta's and a lot of WoW the last two years.

We do pole parties below ground and various above ground
group get-togethers, along with some soloing. We do not
siege or pk, but are an active/laid back alliance. My clan leader
will be on in around 8 hours from now, pm Quarf, Q2 or Querto.
3 clans in alliance, main clan FF has academy with 1 slot open
for one of your below 40 level toons. I have 4 toons, including
a 1st time level 13 Dwarf in academy which I am learning. What
are your in game names?
My main toon is Stith (BD) I also have KancrOus a 33 Orc Raider, Tyrian ( either one N or two Tyriann, cant remember atm ) a 27 Archer/Elven and a 23 Dwarf/Spoiler. I have been off and on with all of them. Mostly seeing what I have stored in bank and freight and toying around w/ them. I will be on late this week and most of the weekend. Next week will be limited to a little late night because I"ll be working out of town.

well it really comes down to what you want out of the game. what would you say you are a pvp oriented person or somone that like to just pve in a group or even solo you would have to tell us about what you like to do b4 we could help you will finding a suitable clan for you

Lol I was just bitter that night after being PK'd my first time stepping into VoS about 30 seconds after I entered by a red tampon (+1 to anyone who knows who that was :D)and their hero buddy who stunned me when I was in combat. Ganking ftw I guess :p.
I know who you're talking about and I must wonder where these people get the names for their characters.
Since the port in for VoS is perpetually a hot spot of activity, you might port to Frozen Lab from Schuttgart, and run south.
The scenery up there is pretty, and the whole whirling galaxy portal thing is really neat looking.
