As for new people joining and advice to them re: dwarf fighters...I'd rather level a dwarf artisan or bh than any human knight (again).
When you start out and all you have is lower quality gear--the dwarf is easier to level....and 1-20 I would argue he/she starts out in the most beautiful starter area in the whole game.
It's worth starting a dwarf just to see dwarfland.
Sure they get no skills to actually help them fight--but truth be told, no one fights solely based on their skill set anyway.
EVERYONE goes to fights buffed (actually with essentially the same buffs) and those have more to do with damage and such than racial skills (for average melee toons at least).
The dwarf isn't for many players but I've always been glad to have leveled a warsmith...that taught me a lot about the game (and to HATE Toma).
Well I think Dwarves are the funiest class to play although is difficult, I use to have a SR as main, yes PVP was fun but Leveling was extremely boring.
I change to dwarf and now I have a blast leveling and making some cash but I suck on PVP :P
But what some people dont know is that a dwarf carrying a ton of CP pots, heal pots, shots, 2 sets of armor and 3 weapons is kind of difficult to kill if you are equal level mele fighter
Since Dwarves are supposed to be like, the race that hordes money, they should make it so they can't use Soulshots. Who agrees?!
I would say make the dwarf make shots for free and that they are the only ones that can use them + that they can safely OE everything to +10 locking the items to them.
Jokes aside...stop making fun of the dwarfs, they are fun to play if you can find parties and they can be fun to solo with to. oh an female dwarfs is the best char to sub with...any class looks best on them (with the acception of archers (double shot) on a male dwarf).

only if the dorf is atleast 7x then and only then, otherwise you'll see everyone on the server running around with OE'd weapons. good idea regardless, but in order to get them to +10 you've to be atleast 7x or have the 3rd CCQ completed.
I wouldn't say dwarves are bad at all. I love my dwarf, and I've played quite a few other classes. Maybe it takes a differnt kind of person to play a dwarf, I donno. I do know i'll be very glad to get my dagger sub that last lvl so I can go back to playing my Maestro.
There was a time when I would have said dwarves are very hard to lvl even. But now that's not true, a few good friends and a trusty polearm and you can lvl as fast as anyone (although CT1 may change that :confused:).
I cant seem to play anything else. i love spoilin i love fake deathing i love stunning i love golems and i love carrying tons of crap.
don't really want to play any other race.
I love too see archer saying OMG no more shots.

I also love telling other player I have 40K A shots, 2 weapons, 2 set of heavy armor and not even 50% of weight :D :D :D
