program is designed to give you the cheapest town to buy stuff from by taking into account different tax rates and the way they effect the different territories
should be helpful if you plan on stocking up on large amounts of soes/pots/gems or applying tats
more importantly it will tell you the best town to buy soul/spirit ore from to maximize your cute little dorfie profits when crafting ss/sps
