Can anyone tell me where to find this amulet please? I can't find a drop listing for it, and some posts said that it sells in IT, but I couldn't find it there either. Thanks.

I don't remember but sometimes things are sold in GIRAN that aren't sold in other shops. I'll see if I can figure it out and repost.

The spellbook seller in Giran, that is, if it's a level 35 skill.
