Devianne isn't dead, but you're looking for a clan at a time when the number of "live" players is at it's lowest. It's always this way at the end of a Chronicle. I suspect things will pick up in a month or two.
Usually shouting for a clan in Giran helps. There is almost always someone there recruiting. If they say they aren't recruiting your class or your levels, use the opportunity to chat them up a bit anyway. Who knows, maybe they'll make an exception for ya, based on your scintillating personality. :D
yeah i really just for now want to test out some clans see who's out there and how we can help eachother, the char i have now will become a deleveled key farming machine once i get the opportunity to transfer all my 6x chars from kain server :) a euro clan wouldnt be too bad but i would just be worried about being the only one on at my normal game time, i imagine alot of strictly euro clans will be taking on atleast a knight group of na players for fortress defenses.

yup not too bad and actually their play time is early-mid morning for me so works out well on weekends :P everyone ive met so far speaks english so havnt had much trouble being the odd one in clan most convo's in clan chat and a majority of clan board are in english.
