That is 1 min past midnight on the day after Thanksgiving (for US players) - holidays are supposed to run in order... so no Santa Hat until after Thanksgiving.
BTW - if you still have your Santa Hat - you can put it on anytime.
You may not be able to wear your santa hat (I'm not sure I haven't tried yet) but you certainly can play those carols that are left over from last year and annoy the heck out of people in Dion and the like ;)

I heard from a friend that knows this guy that was married to the first cousin of a girl that was married to a guy who has a grandmother that talk to this other guy in Korea who works with this developer here in the states that has coffee at the same place this Lineage2 developer drank his 2nd Venti Caramel Frappuccino. The Barista of this establishment said that they were discussing when the Santa hat would be used again and she overheard them say none of them knew what the hat code looked like in the anymore... so they can't reset the timer on them.
Never. Austin TX doesn't give a flying hoot about it's customers. They enjoy doing such things as not dropping essential event letters to spell things or giving you a Santa's hat you can't use. Either the HGMS are just stupid, or they don't give 2 cents about this game and it's just a another job to them.
Seeing as lower Tier GM's work round the clock in inida handling your basic petitions, while Austin TX upper Tier GM team only works 8-5pm or w/e and doesn't give support on weekends or holidays. Don't expect too much from them, they just don't care.
NC Korea even considers US servers expendable. It's that simple. Get over it.

And that would be asking too much to have someone come on here and actually say something even if it was a lie. The customer service dieing a slow and painful death at the expense the players.
I petitoned it today. The gm said "The santa hats were aloud to be equip until Jan 31, 2007 (two thousand and seven.)" I replyed with then maybe you should change the hat description from "Can be equip during end of the year holiday season" to "Useless item to take up space in your WH"..... They advised me they would look into my complaint.
ya they pointed me to the past event aswell to which i told them they were ******ed... in not so many words ;) just take the requirement of dates off and let us wear the dang thing :P

I'm unable to provide an answer today. Sorry! We didn't receive the event info we'd hoped to. We'll announce when everyone will be able to don their Santa hats once we have all the details (it won't be too much longer).
