Yes there is well done for noticing. This thread merely directs anyone interested from erica over there. It is still relevant as it is for erica and information is not doubled up.

Again please stop moaning-harassing-or-more about having several posts done at different times. Its called a quiet forum. That rule is to prevent spam which does not come close to defining anything Ive posted.
