Many ppl r questining about this subject.
after a gm told that would happen transfer service on next update nothing else got revealed since then.
pretty sure many ppl wanna know the restriction of this service.
me personally r about to quit for lack of pvp and for playing on NA server(being european).not having any info about this service only make this feeling grow stronger.

I hope they close down half of the NA servers... althought it would be nice, I doubt Charmille is being serious.
As for OP, just quit. If you really like the game you'll be back in 1 - 2 months and by that time the transfer info will be out. No use in just w8ting - play something else to get your mind of the transfers...
On this and other sites we have some info about them. You won't be nekkid. There may be restrictions. Almost definitely it's gonna cost ya.
I'm very confident that of all things NC/NA may/may not do, they WILL get the info out at an appropriate time. The company really needs money and from any reasonable perspective, additional premium services from existing customers is they're best (only?) hope to increase revenue from this title.

Turns out server transfers has been cancelled dut to lack of interest! I know! Strange but no one seems to want them!
As for server mergers, I have a "preferred customer" email from NCSoft giving only partial information about the date Bartz is being collapsed. Seems NCSoft thinks that strategy will help 7 other servers more if Bartz is eliminated.
