Is using +9 Duals better for leveling than using +3 Scallops even though you cant use the skills with fists? What would level faster?

At some point masteries will make fists better than the duals.

do you know when this point is? lvl 24, 28, 32,36? Is there a way for me to figure it out without spending money on Scallops (wich are way hard to find)

By using l2calc? And isnt scallops top D? You can get them at the same price as any other top D, BS of mammon is there for a reason.

Bear doesn't work without the fists on. When you remove them and arm the duals the higher pattk lowers.
