If you are a good leader and your clan isnt just a one man band, its pretty obvious what the choice would be.

Not saying you're are greedy, just saying a Clan Hall is just that, a thing to benefit a clan as a whole, and you buying an AQ ring has nothing to do with the rest of clan.
