Venting is cool. Venting is fine. I'm personally not a big fan of it, but I totally get the need for folks to let the pressure out after they have gotten themselves all wound up. From a functional standpoint I see the benefit of letting it all out.
...All that being said, eat some turkey and let NCSoft-NA worry about how they did or did not participate in sexual congress with a canine("screw the pooch") on this one. Chill out and have a nice holiday(if applicable).
NCSoft rarely monitors these forums outside of business hours. The only person I have seen monitor them is Spam.

All you otehr moderators and administrators are only doing your required duties. I guess nobody wants to move up in NCsoft. Can't you hire some brown nosers Spam?

I'm seriously disappointed at the complete lack of response in many serious cases (like this one) from the support team.
Do they really have noone paying attention at what goes on 24/7?
If not, they really should, it's basic customer support policy in any half decent company that provides any type of 24/7 services.
Why don't you convince them to open a Euro office? Maybe they can do it in Paris, like suggested before.

Last I checked, Paris isnt in a 3rd world country. And the powers that be can stay wherever they like but outsourcing support to Mexico, India or whatever would still provide better results 95% likely. And with less costs. As it is now, it feels as if there is no support.
I'd really like NC to publish statistics based on nationality, showing what a minority the NA players are these days. Catering to the majority is what keeps people happy and atm the majority is not some turkey eaters.

I agree, I'm from Argentina I pay $30 per month for the DSL service and I have 24/7 support. I'm paying $30 per month for L2 and they are when they want. :p
Weird, your history books must read different than mine. Missing several chapters maybe?
I'd wager that the US history books start from 1900 for the rest of the world. Anything earlier than that is only US history. Or then they're like the biology books that tell how God created man and how humans and dinosaurs lived happily in peace together. I think they even got this themepark/"museoum" somewhere in the Texas/South region with these velociraptors having little children riding on them. And they actually believe it is true. There are stupid/ crazy people everywhere in the world, and yes, I will admit the US has more than its fair share, but people do stupid things in other countries as well. *rolls eyes*
The US has plenty of smart and decent people here as well, the crazies just get more attention because... well... they are more fun to read about/ watch. ;)
In the interest of being 'humane', the US let nearly all lunatics out of the asylums in the 70's and 80's.
There are very few state run mental institutions left in the US and those that are operating are at a fraction of their former census.
Remarkably, it still confounds many American's how the "homeless problem" seemed to escalate...in the 70's and 80's. (lol...seems some connections are just hard for folks to make).
Our lunatics in the US, to be accurate, are accosting visiting tourists in our major cities and asking for handouts and pocket change...or we've elected them to Congress. Either/or.
Their customer support ain't so bad. I forgot my PlayNC account password, and they were able to help get my PlayNC account back. Prevented me from having to re-buy the game.
They were pretty quick about it.
