Yes, quite a few members of my clan and alliance have leveled crystals successfully. I don't know any who've done 11-12, to my knowledge they were all from 12 > 13.
and yes we know its 12>13 , have never had this much bad luck ever with it, its been over 40 hours in the rift with no leveling up in the past week at very least
It's something like a 10% chance for them to level. You have just been very unlucky. It took us over 2 weeks of contant rifting to get 1 set of crystals the once, just keep trying.
I spent 5 hours in the rift last night and didn't even get to the RB...
We got to the raid boss and for some reason I end up tanking on my WC.......guess with all the buffing and healing and atatcking with soul cry on.....any way I pretty much ****** the RB off so I end up tanking in light armor mind you.... was going just find till the archer grab the argo the healer end up using all his mp saving the archer that by the time I got the argo back the healer had no mp so after a few mins I died and then they ported out they knew it was over after I died :(

From what I heard in vent last night, exceptionally unlucky. I bet Sweetlu is bogarting the crystal levelling some how, probably kiting it around the rift.
