For those of you who have been on the PTS and tested changes to Bishops (I hope someone has), what changes have you seen? Specifically,
1. Which passive skills can now be enchanted?
2. Have you noticed any changed to existing skills, or new skills?
3. What is the impact of partying with Kaemel when our heals are reduced by 50% on them?
Bishops will be love by kameal with the -50% heal, Bishops are going to be most wanted by them. Yes your heals ar -50% but so is everything else that heals kamaels so your still going heal more then a SE or EE
it will most likely still heal 30%, because restore life is unaffected by any current heal reduction debuffs. (the 4 sep anti-heal debuff for instance).
As far as I know, RL is also unaffected by BSpS, MAtk, or anything else that can affect heal power. Straight 30% of target HP, assuming you have the max level in it. Again, as far as I know. I haven't thought to test it. I'll see what it does tonight, and post it back.
1. A clannie that has been playing on the PTS tells me that heals affect Kamael the same as anyone. I can't confirm it, because I'm not palying on the PTS.
2. Shots do not affect Restore Life like it does normal heals. The following statistics were gathered by casting on myself, with Zerk 1, Prayer 3 and no Empower, in Maj robes, and have 4868 HPS with Body of Avatar 6 on. For the record, I'm a 76 Cardinal.
Restore Life, with no shot restored 1460 HPS.
Restore Life, with BSpS A restored 1460 HPS.
Major Heal, with no shot restored 1093 HPS.
Major Heal, with BSpSA restored 1449 HPS.
I let Prayer wear off, and got the following results. BoA 6 and Zerk 1 were active, and I was using A grade BSpS.
Restore Life, 1460 HPS restored.
Major Heal, 1294 HPS restored.
So, with "normal" heals, shots and buffs make quite a difference. Restore Life, as I said above, is not affected, so I would assume that is the case with anything that affects the power of heals.
