I have a big problem with this quest. My server is dead, there no one killing some of this raid boss for the quest.
I been waiting for 6 week for someone to kill Cabrio. Close this dead server and move us to better a better one. Not sure why I have to pay extra now to move to a new server. Is not my problem this server are dead....
What server are you on? I would think there would be at least one major alliance on your server that could help with your raid 0_o. Unless you've made enemies with them...then it's not really about a dead server.
This is one of the things that makes the Subclass quest a real test of the person doing it. You not only have to run here and there and kill some mobs (both of which anyone can do) but you also have to be able to make friends, possibly organize group efforts, show interpersonal skills, leadership, organization, planning and lots of other personal traits which go beyond the ability to click on mobs and gatekeepers. While I am not saying that the OP lacks any of these traits, perhaps s/he has not realized that this quest is different from the 'easy' ones. So the subclass quest is testing what kind of person you are, thus someone who is subclassed is much more likely to really deserve the respect which comes from accomplishing a difficult task.

Actually 2 1/2 months, since he has been waiting "six weeks" for cabrio. While it certainly is true that he may just have recently opened his forum account, it is also possible that the reason he has no friends to help him, that he has no apparant insight into server politics, and seems to be quick to blame other people for his problems is that he cheated.
Yes, if someone buys an account all that proves is that they are able to type in a credit card number. In real life that is about a level 2 skill, akin to killing an elpie with a stick. Someone who can do that gets as much respect as they deserve.

I know friends who had to wait a lot for their subclass quest despite their knowledge of server's policy and their relationship with powerful clans.
What you're saying is non-sense. If you believe a non-factor can move a powerful ally to do the RB, you've lost common sense. You can try to push relations to organize it, but still, if you missed the previous RB farmer train, you may have to wait one entire week at TOI lvl 11 because nobody cares about Longhorn and if you decide to go down to play a bit, that's the precise moment they decide to chain the TOI RBs. And I'm speaking about Teon, not a population zero server.
If you think waiting for farmers without playing is a good thing for a game, you're probably full of it and hypocrite.

It's very possible, and not really that hard to do legit. Also, looking at your Sig and the fact that you’re a PR and a Necro, and the fact that you say its impossible for anyone to get to 75 in four months Legitimately... I’m very confused...

Got just one question, is your server soo dead that it doesn't have a single(1) Hero on it?
Cause you know, you can have that Hero do a global shout(s) for you to find someone who might let you do it. I've even had my enemy hero's do some shouts for me, so unless you either really ticket everyone off, or there are absolutely no heroes on the server, then it might be a bit of a problem.

We know that Heroes **** fireballs but in fact Hero Shout doesn't kill RBs. Even when shouting in caps.
Those who can kill them and do it regularily don't wait for a hero shout to do it. If they're up to kill the RBs, then the RB is already dead. If the RB is still alive, that means they're not up to kill it currently and an hero shout won't change anything.
It happens that there are "Cabrio is up" on hero shout for several days, even on Teon. Sometimes it's dead the hour after it spawns.
Now honestly it's funny to hear someone who botted his character loosing patience in area shout in TOI.
