Saw in my post newsletter from NCSoft sayng the Kamael servers will start from december.
So my questions is will we have to start new toons on Kamael servers? Or will we have to pay fee to move the toons?

no and no
servers will go down for a few hours and when they come back up you ll login your existing toons just using the ct1 client.
This isnt private servers you know

newletter = gratuitous spam, just like any other company.

Al Gore won the Nobel prize for making it that way.
