Alliance Penalty

i kinda just need to vent....i recently was handed the leadership of a clan and disolved the ally that the old leader had created useing the /allydissolve command. when i did this i took a %4 xp hit, i cant create an ally for i think its like 10 days...and i cant join one for he same amount of time! :confused: i think that this is a failry steep penalty ofr disolving an alliance..i can see the Xp hit and mabey the inability to creat one for the 10 days...but not even being able to join one...wth is that! :mad:

It is a good restriction.

if your in the alliance when its disbanded all clans have that 10 day penalty

I actually do think it's a good penalty.

Think about it.

If you could just dissolve alliances whenever you wanted to and join them whenever you wanted to, then what value is really placed on an alliance.

One thing about L2 that other games don't have is accountability. You really have to make choices and have to live with the results.

The upside is that any alliance you join or create should have meaning to you and be something of a commitment.

This type of thinking permeates the entire game. PK penalty, xp penalty, etc.

i do agree with the fact that it places values on an alliance..i just this that all three togather are rough and the fact that it doesnt say that you can join an ally any where in the info..i would ahve times ie a little beter other wise//
