Today, NCSoft released a new video for the Kamael expansion, showing gameplay with the same storytelling flair we've come to expect in their previous videos.

But ****... 214MB for a 3min video that's not even HD? WTS NCsoft some encoding lessons, lol.

No kidding!

I had to download it from them, then upload it to our servers.

My modem was sitting in the corner and crying for a few hours afterwards. Something about "bad touch... no means no..."

Altho the RB portion doesn't ring a bell (maybe I killed those brain cells) -- otherwise footage I've already seen.

That was my thoughts :) For some reason it slipped by my radar the first time, but dang...watching movies like this always makes me get the fraps out... :)

I hope that whatever game I play after lin2 will have as high quality art -- it's a strong statement to have a video that's good to watch using gameplay-style footage instead of some cinematic CG movie.
