When I go to blacksmith Vergara in Hunters, every text box related to Kail's coins appears and suddenly becomes empty. Also I can't exchange recipes.
I'm not overweighted, nor out of space on inventory, it worked flawlessly last week and I've already checked all files. So I'd like to know what's wrong and when will it be fixed.
No, it's not. I've put all my items on WH, specially events and quest items. Somehow it got messed up this week because it worked fine past week. BTW, if it was weight/inventory problem, it would appear a message saying so, not just an empty text box. I asked other ppl with kail's coins quest to check it and they all had the same problem.
do you mean out of space or under 60/80, 80/100 items in your inventory. Quests only work when inventory is below 80%
FIY, being overweight or with too many items, will not cause this problem:

What being Overweigh or with too many items WILL do is generate a Pop-Up box telling you that you are overweight and try again later.
I myself run into the overweight/overcount problem daily as I'm usually running around with item count of somethin like 8x/92 and my item count needs to be 6x/92 for the quests to work.
I'm having the same problem as well. I'm usually always under 50% inventory space and item count and I just get a blank box. If you look at PTS forum, I think their encountering the same problems as well.
yes several Royal Coin members in my ally have this problem. It's a game bug. They have petitioned numerous times.
Did you send in a support ticket here on the site? If not, it's probably the only way it will ever get fixed.
Still waiting for the castle control page on this site to be fixed :( I've given up on the other things like armor/weapons/recipes section of this site to ever be fixed... it's been wrong for years :confused:
*signed* Having same problem .. you select anything on the list be it "where do I find the coins" or the actual recipe list and it returns a blank chat screen.
