We are two players looking for a fairly casual clan to join for party/clan activities. Parties, raids or even Fortress sieging when the Chaotic Throne goes live. Castle siege is fine, although it isn't a priority. Although honestly, neither of us is adverse to going solo if nothing else is going on that night.
Nonstop clan wars, ganking or unending 'pvp' are NOT desirable. We're just a couple of fairly poor gimps, so we'd rather kill a few thousand more mobs and a raid boss than spend the GNP of a third world country porting around the map with OE'd weapons looking for 'tags' to kill.
Both of our 'schedules' are a bit variable, so we aren't going to be on 6 hours every night either. Yes we both have real life to work around, so we may only play an hour one night then be off for 3 nights and play half the day after that. We are both in US time zones. (Although slightly different ones.)
I've been around a while, so my 'main' is an A grade Overlord. I have a ton of alts though, which I use to support it, including a second account I recently picked up to get some decent buffs for leveling the OL. (Currently leveling and hunting books for the buffers.) So, I have a fairly wide number of chars to play with if others want to party up elsewhere or in a certain level range.
My friend is fairly new to the game though. I got him started a few months ago and I've managed to get him hooked. He's happy with his char, which is a Scavenger (almost L40 already, so not academy material overall.) And yes, I've told/warned him about dwarves and such, and he still likes his char enough to keep playing it. (No army of alts for him at this time though.)
We're not gear starved, but neither are we rich. He's too new to have made a fortune yet, and I spent a lot helping him out as well as on my own stuff. (Too legit to quit...) So while we don't need a lot of support, our main goal is to make money and have fun as we go. At the moment I have us both in my warehouse clan so we could benefit from my OL buffs (no matter how gimp) but we're ready to move on and interact more with the other players on the server.
We are in no hurry to sub/reach noble or hero or anything else specifically. And we even go so far as to *gasp* hunt without SS if we end up killing too fast! It's a two-fer-one deal as well. Even though we may not always play together, we're long time RL friends and prefer to be in the same clan together.
