I just class changed to PP, i received my shadow weapon coupons, but when i go to exchange, the screen that should have the weapons is 100% blank :( i tryed to contact GM , but like usual, i got a message explaining shadow weapons... any idea how to fix?

Maybe the NPC server is bugged.

Yes, and its was just a cut and paste like usual. I explained that when i go to the blacksmith, try to exchange shadow coupn for weapon, it comes up with a fully blank screen. They sent back message explaining what a shadow weapon is, like i never used one before. So petition is about as useful as a bucket of spit.

Gah! How frustrating. If this is as you say it is, then this is a serious gap in their service.

From my experience you only get a live GM if you petition about the issue multiple times.

Keep on petitioning.

I get the feeling sometimes that they use those cut and paste responses to make people use the website more often for those support issues.

I get the feeling that theres gm's sitting somewhere in India thinking about that next big bollywood blockbuster they are going to see tommorrow night.

Mebbe if you try talking to the head priest instead of blacksmith?

In a case like this one, I don't think the website version of petition would be any better.

Does the window come up but is empty? or is the window missing? If it's missing, you could try "initialize" in your options menu.

saw a similar bug the other night, all of our clan leader's skills went blank(including both skills in the hotkey bar and in the skill window). he had to run check files twice for it to be fixed.

Have you tried talking to the head guy in the guild of your race to get your shadow weapon?

Well, i just tryed head blacksmith, where i got shadows for all other characters. And i did finally get a real responce, they said to Initial. and try file check, both didnt work. and a GM accually was trying to talk to me in chat, but i was afk that time and missed it :( but ill try again this after noon, and try head preist.

I had this happen to me (the blank screen). I got my weapon in Heine from the Warehouse Keeper Chief.
